This individual independently plans, performs and owns the moderately-defined responsibility for the test solutions, bring‑up, debugging, validation, and qualification of new product functionality. The role delivers test hardware and develops test programs to validate system‑in‑package (SIP) products that integrate system‑on‑chip (SOC) and companion chips using automatic test equipment (ATE) platforms. Responsibilities include hardware/software test, characterization, device performance over process and operating conditions, and release of cost‑effective production test solutions into the high‑volume manufacturing environment. The candidate evaluates, characterizes, and develops manufacturing solutions for leading‑edge products in advanced processes using design‑for‑test (DFT) and structural test techniques. The role interfaces with cross‑functional teams (RF, analog and digital IC designers, software, system engineering, and customer engineering) to drive and incorporate the latest test solutions in the production program to improve yield, test time, and quality. The candidate acts as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings.
$134,883.00 – $166,900.00 per year
