Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 6+ years hardware engineering experience.
• Master's degree with 5+ years hardware engineering experience.
• PhD with 4+ years hardware engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops complex features and components of hardware designs aligned with proposals/roadmaps.
• Applies advanced design rules for electronic hardware and integrated circuitry.
• Interprets device specs and guides junior engineers on design evaluation.
• Identifies ways to optimize tests and hardware designs across operating conditions.
• Documents materials, components, chipsets, and functionality with focus on safety and compliance.
• Troubleshoots advanced issues and documents solutions for internal teams.
• Leads medium to large projects and owns project outcomes.
• Coordinates cross-functional interfaces to improve yield, productivity, and quality.
