• Strengthen service ownership and operational maturity across production systems.
• Identify reliability risks using production signals and architectural insight.
• Establish reusable platform patterns and automation to scale efficiently.
• Lead complex decisions balancing reliability, security, cost, and customer needs.
• Mentor senior engineers and raise technical maturity across the team.
