Job summary

Unicoat Industrial Roofing is seeking a Foam & Coatings Foreman in Bradenton, FL to lead safe, high-quality SPF and elastomeric coatings on commercial projects.

You will read scopes, operate and maintain spray rigs, ensure thickness readings, coordinate with operations, and uphold OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on SPF and coatings experience on commercial/industrial roofs.
• Knowledge of major SPF/coating manufacturers and their specs.
• Experience operating high-pressure spray equipment.
• OSHA safety standards familiarity and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply SPF and elastomeric coatings to spec on roofing projects.
• Prep substrates, priming, masking, penetrations.
• Operate and maintain spray rigs and equipment; daily checks.
• Adhere to PPE and safety protocols; complete JHA per job.
• Document prep notes, batch numbers, thickness readings, weather, photos.
• Coordinate with operations to manage material usage, hit production targets, and keep on budget.
