Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing projects.
• Operate and oversee spray foam roofing equipment and rigs.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues in the field.
• Manage spray foam application, thickness, quality, and production.
• Lead and train field crew members on proper SPF installation techniques.
• Oversee roof preparation, foam application, coatings, detailing, and project completion.
• Ensure projects meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
• Coordinate daily manpower, materials, equipment, and production.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact production.

Position: Commercial Roofing Spray Foam Foreman

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $30-$40/hour

Tiello is partnering with a well-established and growing commercial roofing contractor that is expanding its operations in the Phoenix market. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Spray Foam Foreman to help lead commercial spray polyurethane foam (SPF) and roof coating operations throughout Arizona.

This is a key field leadership opportunity for a roofing professional who understands spray foam roofing beyond application, including equipment operation, rig setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, production, and the day-to-day responsibilities required to successfully run a spray foam crew.

The Commercial Roofing Spray Foam Foreman will lead field production on commercial SPF roofing and coating projects while helping build and develop a high-performing local crew.

The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on commercial spray foam roofing experience and the ability to confidently operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a spray foam rig.

Qualifications

• Must know how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a spray foam rig.
• Experience leading crews or working as a Foreman/Lead Installer strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing safety and proper installation practices.
• Ability to manage production while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver`s license preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel as projects require.
