Job summary

Carolina Energy Conservation in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an experienced Spray Foam Foreman to lead our installation crew on residential retrofit projects. This working foreman role focuses on safety, quality workmanship, and field leadership to ensure each project is completed correctly the first time.

You will operate spray foam rigs, troubleshoot on site, coordinate with homeowners, and train helpers while maintaining productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Spray foam installation experience preferred for leadership role.
• Residential retrofit experience highly valued.
• Experience leading a crew and coordinating field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the spray foam installation crew
• Manage residential retrofit projects
• Review job scope and existing conditions before starting
• Identify obstacles involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ductwork, insulation
• Assign tasks and provide crew direction
• Operate spray foam rigs and application equipment
• Ensure proper installation and quality control
• Maintain safety and PPE practices
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform maintenance
• Communicate with homeowners and document completion
• Train installers and maintain productivity
