Job summary

Carolina Energy Conservation in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an experienced Spray Foam Foreman to lead our installation crew on residential retrofit projects. This is a working-foreman role focused on safety, quality, and efficiency, directing crew members, operating spray foam rigs, and solving on-site challenges.

You will manage projects from field, coordinate with homeowners, ensure proper installation of spray polyurethane foam, and uphold high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Spray foam installation experience strongly preferred and leadership ability.
• Residential retrofit experience is valuable.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage a crew and maintain production expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the spray foam installation crew
• Manage residential retrofit spray foam projects
• Review job scope and existing conditions
• Identify obstacles involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ductwork, insulation
• Assign responsibilities and provide direction
• Operate spray foam rigs and application equipment
• Ensure proper installation of spray polyurethane foam
• Monitor foam quality, thickness, coverage, yield
• Protect customer property and maintain safe job sites
• Troubleshoot equipment and maintenance
• Document job completion and address issues
• Train installers and helpers
• Maintain productivity without compromising safety or workmanship
