HCA Florida Mercy Hospital is seeking a Lead Speech Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive speech therapy services across the lifespan. You will assess, develop, implement, and revise treatment programs, and provide age-appropriate direct care to patients.

You will also participate in clinical programs and act as a clinical instructor in the student affiliation program. The role supports a calendar of patient care and interdepartmental collaboration, within a 488-bed facility designated

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (SLP) Speech-Language Pathologist
• Masters Degree

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care through the process of assessment, development, implementation, and revision of treatment programs as necessary.
• Provide speech therapy to patients across the lifespan and age-specific direct care/services.
• Participate in clinical programs and interdepartmental activities within the organization.
• Function as a clinical instructor in the student affiliation program.
