Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Myers seeks a Speech Pathologist to deliver personalized therapy for patients with speech and language needs. You will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment, and document progress in real time.

The role requires current licensure, CCC and CPR. You will work in a supportive team at the nation’s largest rehabilitation company, with opportunities for professional growth and access to advanced therapy tools.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
