Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and deliver speech and language rehabilitation for patients in our practice. You will develop and administer individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy as needed.

We value licensure, CCC certification, and CPR readiness, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth within a nationwide rehabilitation network. This on-site role supports patients in the Fort Lauderdale area and beyond.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required for Speech-Language Pathologists.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
