Qualifications

• Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body.
• Three years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• TX SLP state licensure; PSV Compact acceptable within 90 days; ASHA-CCC-SLP; BLS by AHA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop the therapy plan of care for a broad range of diagnoses and acuities.
• Provide education to patients and families, and collaborate with interprofessional team.
• Act as preceptor/mentor to less experienced staff and students.
• Assist with quality metrics collection and process improvement initiatives.
