Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice speech/language pathology in Texas (or eligibility).
• ASHA certification preferred; Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement speech-language pathology treatment plans.
• Document findings, progress, and plans in medical records.
• Provide training and guidance to students, interns, and staff as needed.
• May serve as clinical instructor for Speech interns.
• Ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient care within policy and budgetary guidelines.
