Job summary

DynaFire is seeking a Specialty Construction Foreman to lead wiring and device installations for fire alarm, security, and voice/data systems. You will oversee installing 120 VAC, conduits, and related components, coordinating crews to deliver high-quality work on schedule.

The role emphasizes dependable leadership, time management, and profitable project delivery, with responsibility for forecasting labor usage and directing 1–5 technicians per crew across multiple simultaneous projects.

Qualifications

• Experience wiring and deploying fire alarm, security, and data systems.
• Ability to plan efficient installations and meet schedules.
• Dependable with strong time management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• May inspect installation sites and study work orders to determine materials and procedures.
• Meet installation deadlines as described by the project manager.
• Direct personnel to assure efficient and profitable installation of wiring, devices, conduit, and materials.
• Effectively manage 1 to 5 personnel per crew.
• Manage multiple crews for multiple projects.
• Plan the most efficient manner to install wiring and devices for a system.
• Provide forecasting reports of labor usage and planned usage for projects.
