The role involves supervising direct care staff, mentoring team members, and delivering assessment, treatment planning and direct services to individuals with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation.
• At least two years' experience with adolescents and adults with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.
• Must provide integrated mental health and substance use services to families and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct care provision as a lead position with client-centered services and risk management.
• Mentor and supervise Bachelor's level Direct Care staff and Behavioral Technicians.
