Lakeview Center in Pensacola, FL seeks a CARE Team Response Technician to support counselors, nursing staff, and clients across residential, inpatient, day/evening, and outpatient programs.

Responsibilities include establishing positive relationships, assisting with daily living, ensuring safety, implementing treatment interventions, and documenting progress; CPI training is required within three months of employment.

Qualifications

• Establish positive helping relationships with persons receiving services.
• Assist persons to complete activities of daily living and access resources.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of persons served.
• Implement interventions per treatment or service plan.
• Monitor and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to adults and children across programs.
• Assist counselors, nursing staff, and patients in residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
• Maintain client progress documentation and reporting.
• Demonstrate CPI competency and assist in training others.
