Job summary

Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia in Paradise Valley, AZ, seeks a Kitchen Supervisor for Prado, our Spanish cuisine restaurant. You will assist in running the culinary team, partner with F&B management, and ensure high-quality guest experiences across the outlet.

Ideal candidates bring prior culinary experience, leadership in a team, and a High School diploma or equivalent. The role requires long hours, inventory, and adherence to cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced hotel

Responsibilities

• Controls the quality and consistency of all food served.
• Creates and adjusts work schedule according to workloads and occupancy.
• Order and receive ingredients and culinary supplies.
• Conducts a month end inventory of all products.
• Ensure work areas are set no less than 15 minutes prior to service.
• Assist in controlling food cost.
• Assist in producing and plating plates.
• Prepare and properly store food items for advanced production.
