Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance is required.
• 20+ years in hardware product development, 10+ designing space flight hardware.
• Ability to read schematics and apply best practices for each design.
• Familiar with Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, MIPI CSI-2 interfaces.
• Familiar with MCU/CPU/FPGA devices and technologies.
• Experience with Altium Designer or equivalent E-CAD tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design market leading hardware with cross‑functional teams.
• Prototype, verify, and qualify hardware through rapid iterations.
• Establish internal guidelines for space flight hardware design, test, and manufacture.
• Lead and mentor the team; perform peer design reviews.
• Low level firmware development for bring‑up and test.
• Root cause analysis to support production operations.
• Navigate a fast‑paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
