Redwire is seeking a Requirements Verification and Validation (V&V) Lead in our Littleton facility. The role requires independent leadership across the program lifecycle, owning V&V efforts for satellite programs.

Ideal candidates will bring deep space systems lifecycle experience and a proactive, collaborative approach. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Software, Avionics, Mechanical, Electrical, and other teams, and includes mentoring junior engineers while driving SE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Aerospace, Mechanical, Software, Electrical or related STEM field.
• 5-10 years of engineering experience in the aerospace/space industry.
• Experience supporting government or commercial spacecraft programs.
• Experience with requirements and verification management tools such as DOORS, Jama, or equivalent.
• Experience leading teams and/or large engineering efforts.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Manage JAMA requirements projects for programs, ensuring baselines are maintained.
• Define and create requirements specification trees for programs.
• Define, allocate, trace, decompose system requirements across levels.
• Define verification roadmaps and strategies aligned with campaigns.
• Support RV&V process and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership to programs ensuring traceable, testable, verifiable requirements.
• Collaborate with Software, Avionics, Mechanical, Electrical, Integration & Test and other teams for traceability and verification alignment.
• Support formal reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and Mission Readiness Reviews with clear verification status.
