Job summary

Blue Origin in Seattle region seeks a Training Lead for In-Space Systems to design, develop and execute training across all vehicles within the In‑Space System program. You’ll lead training events, simulations, and rehearsals, coordinating with flight engineers, ground software, operators, and payload customers to ensure effective mission support.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a BS in engineering or related field, and 5+ years of training experience in space, military, or government

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• BS in engineering, education, or equivalent.
• 5+ years designing and executing training for mission support operators and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute training for ops controllers, engineering support, AI&T, launch services operators, and payload customers.
• Lead training initiatives and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure relevant content.
• Run simulator and training assets; maintain operator training records.
