Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Manufacturing Engineers to achieve goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate advanced manufacturing tech.
• Integrate Design for Manufacturing into separation systems for scale.
• Design, install, and validate production lines for assembly and test.
• Diagnose production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive improvements across manufacturing and test processes.
• Support change management and business system enhancements.
