Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering required and 5+ years in Manufacturing, Production, or Process Engineering.
• Hands-on experience identifying and solving complex manufacturing problems.
• Proven track record leading teams to achieve technical and operational goals.
• Familiarity with aerospace fabrication techniques and PFMEA/DFMEA methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers to achieve goals and mentor members.
• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Incorporate Design for Manufacturing into separation systems for scale.
• Design, procure, install, and validate production lines and factory systems.
• Own production lines to remove blockers, improve yield and efficiency.
• Diagnose production issues, perform root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
