Job summary

WPR is seeking a Lead Massage Therapist to provide high-quality massage therapy and to support daily spa operations. The role serves as the designated operational lead when the Spa Supervisor is not on-site, ensuring consistent service standards and an exceptional member and guest experience.

Responsibilities include performing treatments, managing bookings, directing team coverage, coaching staff, and maintaining sanitation and policy compliance while supporting the Spa Supervisor and Director

Qualifications

Utah massage therapist license required.
Minimum of three years of professional massage therapy experience.
Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs massage therapy and other approved treatments as part of the LMT team.
Provides on-site operational coverage and leads spa shifts in the Spa Supervisor's absence.
Manages daily spa operations, bookings, and member/guest needs during coverage shifts.
Directs staff during coverage, coaches and provides feedback, and ensures policy compliance.
Maintains spa cleanliness, stock and readiness, and communicates with members/guests regarding reservations and preferences.
Escalates significant issues to Spa Supervisor or Director as needed.
Supports other spa operational needs to maintain a smooth member and guest experience.
