Job summary

PERG online is seeking a Lead Massage Therapist to elevate spa guest satisfaction by delivering services to Omni standards, training junior therapists, and supervising daily operations in a high-end setting.

You will manage treatment room prep, sanitation, and inventory, ensure appointments start on time, communicate product benefits to clients, participate in trainings, and contribute to a calm, personalized guest journey.

Qualifications

• Current State Massage License.
• 3+ years massage therapy experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Passionate about warm, engaging, personalized service.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Maintain high personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.
• Set up treatment rooms according to procedures and dispose of laundry on a timely basis.
• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment per state guidelines.
• Use professional stock in line with PAR levels to reduce product waste.
• Begin and end treatments at published times and follow all procedures.
• Communicate product and service benefits confidently to clients.
• Attend required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties requested by management.
