Job Title: Lead Spa Attendant

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent in this position is responsible for training all new Spa and Laundry attendants, conducting inventory for items in the locker rooms and amenities, and submitting orders to the Spa Manager to ensure readiness for guests.

The incumbent, like all Monarch Casino Resort Spa Team members, is expected to demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and confidentiality. This role supports the company's Vision, Mission, and Values, performing all functions in a manner that inspires and motivates others.

  • Provide a warm welcome to guests.
  • Assist guests with directions and inquiries.
  • Train new Spa and Laundry Attendants, as well as the Front Desk Concierge.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of spa lounges and locker rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness to ensure a consistent guest experience.
  • Conduct inventory and ensure availability of necessary items.
  • Relay guest requests to relevant departments.
  • Address guest concerns and record feedback.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Experience preferred.
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, payroll, and PMS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and with others.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ethics: Respectful, reliable, trustworthy, and ethical in conduct.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Judgment: Sound decision-making abilities.

Work Environment
  • On-site at the casino, interacting with guests, team members, and vendors.
