Job Title: Lead Spa Attendant

Salary: $21

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The incumbent in this position is responsible for training all new Spa and Laundry Attendants, conducting inventory for items in the locker rooms and amenities, and submitting orders to the Spa Manager in a timely manner to ensure guest readiness.

The incumbent is expected to demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and confidentiality. This role supports the Monarch Casino Resort Spa’s Vision, Mission, and Values, and performs all functions in a manner that inspires and motivates others.

• Provide a warm welcome to guests.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries.
• Train new Spa and Laundry Attendants, as well as the Front Desk Concierge.
• Oversee cleanliness of spa lounges and locker rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for guest areas.
• Conduct inventory to ensure availability of guest items.
• Relay guest requests to relevant departments.
• Assist guests with concerns, recording comments and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience preferred.
• Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, payroll, and PMS systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
