Job summary

The Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, CO seeks a Full-Time, Year-Round Spa Assistant Manager to lead our spa team and deliver a premier luxury guest experience. This role supports daily spa operations for retail, membership, fitness and wellness within a premier Colorado hospitality setting.

Salary is $65,000–$78,000 annually with up to a 10% annual performance bonus and eligibility for up to 12% Deferred Compensation Plan contribution.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED plus 4 years in guest services, spa, or related area.
• College degree in hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a spa or related field.
• Experience with Springer Miller Systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the Spa Concierge and Aesthetics teams daily.
• Maintain knowledge of spa and hotel operations and communicate to staff.
• Act as Manager on Duty in Spa Manager's absence.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards and staff morale.
