Job summary

Align Technology is seeking an IT Internal Audit Manager to lead the technology audit portfolio globally, including ITGC testing and cybersecurity frameworks. You’ll advise on ERP security, data privacy, and SDLC controls while partnering with leadership to strengthen the control environment.

You will plan and execute audits, drive continuous improvement through analytics, and mentor junior staff across global teams to deliver objective and reliable results.

Qualifications

• Requires IT audit, risk, or information security experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOX ITGC and control testing.
• Familiarity with ERP security, cloud platforms, and SDLC/DevOps.
• Experience leading audits across cybersecurity and data privacy.
• Proven analytical rigor and able to communicate findings to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT audit plans aligned with ERM.
• Lead IT audits end-to-end: scoping, testing, reporting, follow-up.
• Own IT scope of the SOX program and evaluate control design.
• Assess information security programs and advisory on governance.
• Build data analytics tools to enhance audit coverage and insights.
• Mentor audit staff and coordinate with external auditors.
