Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior SOX Risk Advisor to join the SRCO in the FITG organization. You will drive SOX readiness, advise on control design and risk across processes, and partner with Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams to strengthen the control environment.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled processes, end-to-end control design, and proactive risk management, with a focus on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Big 4 public accounting, risk consulting, and/or SOX.
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA required; CIA or MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise control and process owners on SOX requirements, risk assessment, control design and optimization.
• Lead readiness intake for new initiatives and transformations, identifying financial statement risks and SOX implications.
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery of SOX readiness and effective controls.
• Draft RCMS including systems, tools and providers based on process artifacts and walkthroughs.
• Design and execute testing to ensure sufficient control evidence and scope.
• Support deficiency evaluation with root-cause analysis and remediation monitoring.
