Sheraton San Diego Resort is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in running the kitchen. You will manage food production, uphold quality and presentation standards, and train staff while coordinating daily activities.

Strong leadership and culinary expertise are essential. The role requires 3+ years of line cook experience with supervisory responsibility, a culinary degree preferred, and flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of line cook experience in an upscale restaurant or hotel.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Culinary degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage food production and plate presentation to high standards.
• Oversee kitchen operations in partnership with Executive Chef.
