Qualifications

• Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• Food Service Handler Card and TIPS certification that is currently valid for a minimum of 6 months.
• Preferred: 3–5 years’ experience in a full service restaurant or lounge in hotel management.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train and build a skilled team with ongoing training and development.
• Monitor and communicate flow of information across departments to ensure guest service excellence.
• Lead guest experience on the floor with a strong presence and proactive problem solving.
• Coordinate scheduling, labor management and daily tasks to balance business needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and liquor regulations and Virgin standards.
