Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Food handler's card
• CA Driver's License in good standing
• 3 years cooking experience
• 2 years cooking in a commercial kitchen
• 1 year supervisory or Sous Chef experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient operation of kitchen by staff assignments and policy adherence.
• Prepare and cook food following recipes and production sheets for buffet or catering.
• Assist Resort Chef with training, guidance on portions, and shift handoffs.
• Ensure kitchen and storage areas are clean, sanitary, and properly stocked.
• Assist with catering on site and off site, set up, execution, and breakdown.
