Responsabilités

• Oversees and manages food preparation for a specific area of the kitchen.
• Monitors cost controls and uses standardized recipes, par inventories, and food costing sheets.
• Maintains equipment maintenance and sanitation programs.
• Orders food products and assists in menu concept development.
• Trains and supervises staff in proper food preparation and equipment use.
