As a Line Cook, you will learn and maintain standards in food production, expedite orders, and uphold sanitation while supporting banquet functions and teamwork.

• Communicate equipment repair needs with the chef.
• Participate in training efforts.
• Follow safe work practices.
• Check deliveries and report variances to the chef.
• Maintain proper cooler temperatures and daily cleaning.
• Process inventory requisitions and receive supplies.
• Prepare appropriate food amounts per production plans.
• Prepare items according to established recipes for consistency.
