Qualifications

• Three+ years cooking in a high-volume facility.

• Food Handler’s Certificate within 14 days of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and ensure service standards.
• Complete food and supplies inventory and ordering.
• Support culinary team in the absence of Culinary Services Director.
• Prepare and present meals per planned menus and portion controls.
