Era Living in Bellevue, WA seeks a full-time Sous Chef to lead culinary services at The Gardens at Town Square. Shifts run 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, with days to discuss.

The role emphasizes delivering meals that meet established recipes, quality and safety standards, and teamwork within a senior living environment. The position requires reading, writing and speaking English, plus at least three years in high-volume food service, ability to train staff, and valid Food Handler’s/ServSafe credentials.

• Follow recipes and portion control procedures accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards consistently.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen role ensuring food service standards are met.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering.
• Support culinary staff when Culinary Services Director is absent.
• Prepare and present meals per planned menus and recipes.
