HHS is seeking a friendly, experienced sous chef to lead the healthcare culinary team at St Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, ID. You will build a well-trained staff, craft high-quality meals, and ensure food safety and patient satisfaction in a fast-paced hospital kitchen.

Requirements include a cook’s certificate or associate degree (or 5+ years in a similar role). Strong computer skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Cook’s certificate or associate degree from an accredited culinary program or 5+ years of sous chef/kitchen manager experience.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms.
