Qualifications

• Prior culinary experience with knife skills, line/prep/grill, batching and temperature control.
• Lead or supervisory/sous chef experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including scheduling and training.
• Stores food following safety procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ensures proper food handling, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, workstation and displays during service.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints and communicate menu items.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; informs supervisor when low.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
