Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and reviews.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils; ensures proper food handling and temperatures.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
