Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide and train kitchen associates for quality food production for restaurants and banquets.
• Enforce storage, rotation, production, portions, quality and appearance standards; follow food handling guidelines.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for Station Cooks I, II and III.
• Expedite food from the front line during meal periods as needed.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies and materials for staff.
• Participate in monthly food and beverage inventory.
