Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and MSDS protocols.
• Proactive in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dish machine according to guidelines; wash glasses and dishes.
• Wash pots and pans in designated area; keep kitchen clean and sanitized.
• Assist with plating banquet events when needed; support other kitchen areas as assigned.
