Sheraton Anchorage Hotel & Spa in downtown Anchorage seeks a kitchen leader to supervise and train kitchen associates, ensuring quality food production for both restaurants and banquets, with emphasis on timing, sanitation, and portion control.

You will oversee opening/closing procedures for Station Cooks I–III, expedite meals during peak periods, manage inventory, and participate in monthly food and beverage inventory to support exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in kitchen leadership role.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Supervise, guide and train kitchen associates to ensure quality food production for restaurants and banquets.
• Enforce storage, rotation, production, portions, quality and appearance standards; follow food handling guidelines.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures for Station Cooks I–III.
• Expedite food from front line during meal periods.
• Maintain inventory of supplies for staff.
• Participate in monthly food and beverage inventory.
