Big Red F Restaurant in Boulder, CO is seeking a talented sous chef to lead a busy kitchen and inspire a passionate team. You will uphold the highest standards of flavor, plating, and consistency, while guiding prep, inventory, and day-to-day operations.

As the role evolves, you will respect the food and the team, train others, and work with the Chef and GM to deliver memorable hospitality that defines our brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a food preparation position.
• Basic finance skills with an understanding of weekly budgets, costed menus and schedules.
• Proficiency with POS/Toast and office software.

Responsabilités

• Cook great food and lead a team.
• Manage equipment and facilities.
• Work five 8-9 hour shifts per week.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Collaborate with Chef and General Manager.
