Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong cooking skills and ability to lead during busy service.
• Clear communication and the ability to delegate, coach, and hold people accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts and work with the crew through prep and service.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and ticket accuracy.
• Coach and support kitchen staff with clear expectations and feedback.
• Assist with food costs, inventory, portioning, and waste management.
• Support scheduling and labor management as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen meeting food safety standards.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development and execution.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and management to deliver a great guest experience.
