Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and workstation.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps track of inventory, deliveries, and waste; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
