Landry's Seafood House in Sugar Land, TX, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team at our newly opened restaurant. You will lead a hands-on kitchen, drive daily culinary operations, and maintain exceptional food quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of culinary management in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, supervision, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in a high-volume kitchen and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist Executive Chef in managing back-of-house staff, training, and follow-up.
• Achieve or exceed budgeted labor and other cost centers through planning and execution.
• Oversee inventories and ordering of food and supplies.
• Maintain sanitation and organization per OSHA regulations.
