  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies balancing cost and quality.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships ensuring performance and compliance.
  • Manage CAPEX sourcing including equipment, tooling, facilities, and infra projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement timelines and project requirements.
  • Oversee bidding processes, contract negotiation, and finalization for capital projects and services.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support new product launches cost-effectively.
  • Manage RFQ processes, supplier selection, and procurement readiness for ramp-up.
  • Implement and monitor Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) for supply continuity.
  • Evaluate supply constraints and negotiate improved lead times through forecasting.
  • Oversee procurement activities including RFQs, purchase orders, and contract execution.
  • Conduct market research and assessments to inform procurement actions.
