Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking an experienced Product Management Leader to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. This role will lead a team of product professionals, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver scalable procurement and contracting capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings deep Coupa and S2P/CLM experience with a proven track record of leading Agile product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years IT or Business System management experience
• High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years IT or Business System management experience

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Procure-to-Pay and CLM capabilities.
• Lead a team responsible for design, configuration, reporting, testing, implementation and upgrades of their supported business system(s).
• Manage performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.
• Lead change management efforts across the organization for their business system and provide training for users, managers, and associates
