Job summary

JPMorganChase in Plano, TX is seeking a Product Manager in Source to Contract to lead end-to-end product lifecycle and act as voice of the customer, delivering scalable CLM capabilities with AI-enabled contract analytics.

You will collaborate with Legal, Sourcing and Operations, shaping product strategy, collecting feedback, and driving successful launches while focusing on scalability, resiliency and top-tier client experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled workflows, including prompt-based techniques to gather, interpret, and validate information from systems and documents.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Partners with Legal and Sourcing stakeholders to identify CLM pain points, prioritize contract analytics needs, and validate solution requirements
• Defines, extracts, and operationalizes contract metadata and key terms from CLM (including AI-extracted fields), delivering curated datasets/feeds with clear definitions and quality controls so analytics teams can build dashboards and reporting for Legal and Sourcing
