Job summary

JPMorganChase in Plano, Texas seeks a Product Director for the Source to Contract (S2C) space. Lead customer-centric product development, drive automation and AI-powered solutions, and align cross-functional teams across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Tech to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will oversee roadmap, strategy, and execution, champion innovative CLM platforms, and push for scalable, measurable improvements in end-to-end sourcing workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Working knowledge of sourcing and contracting processes to partner with Operations and Legal/Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Leads the full product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development while meeting cost, features, reusability, and reliability targets.
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices and delivery methods to meet objectives.
• Owns product performance and investment in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
• Monitors market trends and conducts competitive analyses for differentiation.
• Leads senior stakeholder alignment across Procurement, Legal, Finance, Risk/Controls, and Technology.
• Champions AI-driven automation and intelligent workflow design with scalable, measurable solutions.
• Partners with Operations to digitize and improve execution for amendments, renewals, notifications, and audit traceability.
