Job summary

Renown Health is seeking an experienced Echo and Vascular Ultrasound leader to supervise the Echocardiography and Vascular Ultrasound team in Northern Nevada. You will mentor staff, oversee daily operations, and partner with physicians to uphold high standards of patient care and imaging quality.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with imaging leaders and clinicians, and ongoing professional development within a respected cardiovascular imaging program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of ultrasound experience.
• Active ARDMS or CCI registry as required by specialty.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical expertise with leadership ability in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily department operations for Echocardiography & Vascular Ultrasound.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of sonographers.
• Ensure adherence to accreditation standards, safety, and patient care quality.
• Drive quality improvement, workflow optimization, and staff development.
